Brunnera macrophylla

Large heart-shaped textured leaves can be up to eight inches across, and tiny blue Forget-Me-Not like flowers rise before the foliage flushes out and continues blooming through late Spring. Tolerant of many light situations if there is adequate soil moisture. If planted in dry shade, this plant may go semi-dormant without supplemental water in very dry or hot spells. Great for borders, massing and woodland gardens. Clear, French-blue flowers appear between April and May.
